Cancellation
In case of reservation cancellation, we will refund the total amount paid in advanced if such cancellation is
reported more than 30 days before the arrival date. 40% will be refund if the cancellation is reported
between 15 or 30 days before the arrival. No refund is applicable is the cancellation is made 14 days or less
before arriving.

Rules of the house

You must present your ID card upon arrival in order to fill in the registration form.
People who are not listed on visitor's list would not be allowed to use the facilities.

Smoking is not allowed in rooms and common areas except the garden.

Food or drinks from outside are banned.

In case of causing damage, it must be reported to the responsible of the centre.

Animals are not allowed in the facilities.

Check-in: from 13:00 to 24:00
Check-out:before 12:00 a.m.

Dining room (please let us know in advance)
Breakfast from 6:00 to 10:30.
Lunch from 13:30 to 16:00.
Dinner from 18:00 to 22:00.
